She is the Head of Educational division and Trainer at Pathway for Psychological Support Care (PPSC). She is a holder of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Educational Psychology in Cameroon. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in educational psychology. She provides support to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of emotional and social issues or learning difficulties. She applies psychological theories and research to promote their emotional and social wellbeing. She also provides in-service training for teachers, teaching assistant, and other professionals on issues such as behavior, stress management, classroom management, etc.

Odette has been working as a teacher for over 11 years. She dedicated most of her life teaching in the most remote villages in the North of Cameroon to promote literacy. Her experience was mostly with children who had special needs, have never had any formal education as a toddler, and spoke languages other than English or French. Her dedication and time cannot go unnoticed.
